How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Cficonnect Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If you didn't get one, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How we used or protected your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you're unhappy with work on your door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Cficonnect Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@cficonnect.space and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and the outcome you'd like
What Happens Next
We'll confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we'll review it, which may include contacting the provider. We'll reply with what we found and any steps we're taking.
If You're Still Unhappy
Reply to our answer and ask for another review. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
